Delivery & Shipping
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
How long will it take to get my orders?
Orders typically ship from our warehouse within 1 to 3 business days.
For US orders, shipping takes between 2 and 8 business days, depending on the shipping method you choose at checkout. You’ll see an estimated delivery window during the checkout process.
International shipping times may vary based on local fulfillment, but an estimated delivery timeframe will be provided at checkout for your order.
How do i track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking link along with status updates. We’ll also keep you informed with shipment updates as your package approaches its destination.
Do we offer free shipping?
We offer Free shipping to select countries. Free shipping eligibility requires a subtotal order value above the free shipping threshold, including discounts. Free shipping offer valid in select countries only

All orders are dispatched within 1 to 3 business days.

Our FTW products are crafted with the best quality. We employ a unique process with our fabrics that results in a higher-quality material compared to most brands. This ensures that our apparel maintain their quality after wear and washing, standing the test of time while still fitting and feeling great.
Do you have any vegan items?
No animal products are used in our clothing.
Are your items recyclable?
They sure are!
Care Instructions
Do i need to pre-wash my items?
No, you do not. Please be aware that our items are not pre-shrunk.
How do i wash my items?
Following these care instructions will help keep your items looking great after multiple washes:
- Machine wash on a cold setting
- Wash with similar items
- Do not use bleach
- Lay flat to dry or tumble dry on a low setting. Please note that using the dryer may cause shrinkage.
*You can hang dry as well, but this may result in your garment stretching.
How do i prevent shrinking?
To prevent shrinkage, please lay your items flat to dry. If air drying isn’t possible, use a low heat setting in the dryer and remove the clothes while they’re still slightly damp, allowing them to finish air drying. Excessive heat can damage fabrics.
How do i stop my items fading?
Wash in cold water with similar items. As a general rule, warmer water can cause faster fading.
Separate your lights, darks, and whites.
Turn clothes inside out before washing.
How do i stop my items stretching?
Use cool water and avoid hanging the items while wet; instead, lay them flat to dry. If air drying isn't possible, use a low heat setting in the dryer and remove the clothes while they’re still slightly damp, allowing them to finish air drying.
After drying, avoid hanging; instead, fold the items and store them in drawers or on shelves to help maintain their shape.
Sizing
Choosing the right size
Sizing may differ among various brands, so even if you know your size in another tee, we recommend consulting the specific chart for the best fit.
What if i'm in between sizes?
If you are looking for a tighter fit we recommend sizing down.
If you prefer a looser fit we recommend sizing up.
Product Availability
The item i want is out of stock. Preorder?
We currently do not offer pre-orders. If you’d like to be notified when the item is restocked, we encourage you to sign up for newsletter & restock notifications. Simply click on the "Notify Me When Available" option under the specific product/size, and you’ll receive an email as soon as it’s back in stock.
How often are items restocked?
We frequently restock our core products.
However, seasonal items may not be restocked as often. By signing up for restock alerts, you can ensure you don’t miss out on these products when they become available again.
I’d like to exchange an item, but the size/color I want is out of stock. Can I select a different size/color instead?

International Customs, Duties & Taxes
What are duties and taxes when I buy from FTW?
Import duties and taxes may be applicable upon receipt of international orders. These charges are determined by the Customs Authority of the destination country and can vary based on several factors, including:

You will be responsible for paying these charges if required by your local authorities.
Changes & Cancellations
Can i change or cancel my order?
We know that mistakes happen. Our automated fulfillment process allows us to pack and ship orders rapidly, unfortunately this does limit the time we have to make changes. While options for modifying orders are rather limited, please reach out to us as soon as possible if you need to adjust your order after it has been placed.

When can I expect my payment to be refunded for a canceled order?
If you notice a charge on your credit card for a canceled order, it is likely just a pre-authorization rather than a payment. This will be automatically canceled by your payment provider.
If you paid via PayPal, the canceled order should have automatically initiated a refund to your account.

No, we have transitioned to a paperless system and do not include any pricing details in the package.
Can i screen print on FTW apparel?
Absolutely!
