Returns & Exchanges
You may return your item(s) within 14 days following the date of receipt. Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds or exchange services for any return requests that exceed the return period.
To be eligible for a return, please make sure your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
We accept returns for all items, but embroidered items or excessive wardrobing (orders with many items) may be subject to a 15% restocking fee at our discretion.
To start a return, you can contact us at Support@fortheworldofficial.com or use our contact form. If your return is accepted, we'll send you an RMA number and address for Returns Processing. We do not provide prepaid labels at this time and items sent back to us without first contacting us to start return process will not be accepted.
If your garments were damaged in shipping, we require that you contact us at Support@fortheworldofficial.com within 5 days of delivery, and we will work with you to quickly resolve the issue.
We will be responsible for paying the shipping costs and issuing a full refund for returns due to issues attributed to or caused by our error.
We require you use a trackable shipping service. Once your return is received and inspected, the refund will be issued back to your original form of payment.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
- All items that are on SALE (marked down from the original price) are final. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Returned-to-Sender & Refused Packages
To ensure that your package is properly delivered, make sure that your address is entered correctly and includes all relevant information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring delivery.
We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect at the time of purchase.
Missing and Lost Parcel
- If you received a "delivered" status, but believe it has not been delivered, the best way is to follow up with the local post office for further information.
- Moreover, please contact us within 7 business days from the date showing "delivered", and we will help you contact the courier agency for locating the parcel.
- If 7 business days have gone by, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund.
Chargebacks & Disputes
Please contact us by e-mail before opening a merchant chargeback or payment dispute, as we can generally resolve the issue before that takes place. Any chargebacks and disputes disable our ability to issue refunds or credits due to funds being frozen.
We reserve the right to solely define and limit, refuse, and/or reject returns from customers at any time due to:
- An irregular or excessive returns history indicative of "wardrobing;"
- An irregular or excessive returns history involving worn, altered, laundered, damaged, or missing items; or
- Potential fraudulent or criminal activity.
Similarly, we reserve the right to refuse service (both in-store and online) to any customer or entity, due to similar actions as noted above.
Order Cancellation
- Order cancellation is only possible before your order has been shipped and before receiving a shipping confirmation email. If your order has shipped, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the item(s) back.
